Block 1 includes Overview of Coding, ICD-9-CM Introduction, CPT Introduction, Web Use & Resources, the Medical Record, and Word Building (basics of medical terminology).

Block 2 includes V&E codes, Introduction to Procedures, Anesthesia, Surgery and Guidelines, HCPCS, E&M codes, and Signs, Symptoms, & Ill-defined Conditions.
Block 3 includes Pharmacology/Laboratory, Hematology/Lymphatics, Dermatology, the Respiratory System, and the Gastrointestinal System.
